  • Terms: Payment is required as per the specific pricing and payment terms specified on our website or within a project proposal.

  • Add-on Services: Any add-on services, including but not limited to additional API integrations, custom modifications, or extended support, will be charged as per actual usage or a separate agreed-upon rate.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Cancellation: Once an order for digital web design services or digital products is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Our team begins work immediately upon confirmation.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for digital services or products. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with the creative direction, or project abandonment by the client.

  • Non-Transferability: Purchased services or products are non-transferable and may not be resold or assigned to another party without our explicit written consent.

  • Add-on Usage Charges: Clients are responsible for third-party subscription costs (e.g., OpenAI API, Twilio, Make.com, AWS) generated by their specific implementation. These "Add-on" costs are billed based on actual usage and are independent of AeonSketch’s service fees.

  • Issue Resolution: If you encounter technical issues, please contact support@aeonsketch.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly within the scope of the original agreement.

8. AI and Third-Party Applications

  • Integration Disclaimer: Our "Steady Systems" often utilize AI (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Qwen) and third-party automation tools (e.g., Make.com,Notion,  WhatsApp Business API).

  • Operational Dependency: The Company is not liable for interruptions, price changes, or service terminations caused by these third-party providers.

  • Usage Caps: You acknowledge that AI-driven features may be subject to usage limits or variable tokens/costs which are the responsibility of the client.

9. Acceptable Use and Website Security

We will not tolerate any use of our website that damages our reputation or the integrity of our systems.

  • Prohibitions: You must not knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

  • Unauthorized Access: You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, the server on which it is stored, or any database connected to our website.

  • Attacks: Attacks via denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) are strictly prohibited. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
